Men's Camp
 
To be held on September 10th, 11th, and 12th in Westwood.
 
The 2010 Northeastern Calvary Chapel Men's Camp provides the men and boys, of our churches, an opportunity to get out into the woods for a weekend of special Bible teaching, prayer, fellowship, recreation, and good food.
This Year's Info

The 2010 Northeastern Calvary Chapel Men's Camp will be held again at the George Young Rotary Park next to Westwood in Lassen County. The retreat this year will be held on the weekend of September 10, 11, & 12. Coming together again will be the men from CC Paradise, CC Oroville, CC Westwood, CC Burney Falls, CC Susanville.


 

The cost for this retreat will be $35.00 per man. For boys twelve years old and under there is no charge.

Check in time, is on Fridy the 10th, at around 2:00pm - give or take an hour or so. Men's Camp ends on Sunday around 11:00am - give or take some time.

Westwood is located on highway 36 where the Northern edge of the High Sierra Mountains and the Southern edge of the Cascade Mountains meet.The Westwood Rotary Park is located in the woods on the east side of Westwood. The campground has plenty of parking for cars, trucks, mortorcycles, and RV's. There is also plenty of space for tents.

Speed limit coming into the campground is 10 mph.

Private campfires are not allowed.

Fresh mountain 'tap' water is available on site at the campground.

Bathroom facilities consist of portable lantrines. There are no showers.

Personal Things to Bring are as follows:
Your Bible, Note paper & pencil, Tents, Campers, RV motor homes, Sleeping Bag or Bedding & Pillow, Personal toiletries such as soap and towel, Lawn Chairs to sit on during Bible teachings, Sunscreen (burning is easy at 5100 ft. elev.), Mosquito Repe!lant, Flashlight, Warm jacket for those cold mountain night time temperatures, Hats, Cameras, ...

Please do not feed the Lions, Porcupines, Bears, and Yellow Jackets.
